Digital Marketing Sales & Business Development Manager

Are you a digital marketing expert who loves sales and lead generation? Are you someone who thrives as a team leader and is excited by the idea of building a sales team? We have some good news…

The owners of a fast-growing digital marketing agency are seeking a digital marketing sales manager to help them grow their business. Talk about getting in on the ground floor! As an owner-operated agency, you would get to work alongside the agency founders to develop their existing sales system and work with them to support hundreds of small and medium-sized businesses.

We’re not your typical agency.

As Sales Manager, you will not be asked to cold-call hundreds of business owners. You will not be asked to skim through hundreds of pages of cold leads. You will not even be required to close the sales on your own.

Instead, you’ll have the opportunity to build a small team of sales ambassadors to discover leads, and leverage agency assets to develop those leads along the sales pipeline effectively.

When it comes to closing the sales, you will get to work alongside the agency owners who will close the sales for you until you are comfortable doing this on your own.
